The book is printed in Standard US Letter size format- 8.5 x 11 inches

Q: I did not receive the confirmation email. What happened?

This might occur because either your or your e-mailing services provider has an anti-spam software installed. Please check your spam folder. Attention! If your email server has a spam filter you might only receive a notification that an email has been dropped to the spam folder without sending the actual mail to you.

Q: When I download or open a PDF file it saves with the extension .txt

It seems that some browsers (Safari on mac) save the files with the extension .txt this is because the browser has encountered an unknown file extension. Just remove the .txt from the end of the file name and the file will now play/open correctly.

Q: Where can I track my order?

At the moment we are working on a tracking app for our customers, unfortunately it is still in progress, but as soon as your package leaves the store you should receive a tracking number from us via your e-mail address.

Q: When & how is my product going to be shipped?

If you have ordered the physical format of the book the shipping request is sent to the fulfillment company automatically when you placed the order. Physical delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

If the book was not yet shipped, we can cancel the shipment and issue a full refund for the order; If the book has already left our warehouse cancellation is no longer possible- the customer is informed and is given the option to keep the book or return it to sender for a full refund.

Q: How do I get my money back?
